Well this has been the year of football and Cheerleading. Man I never appreciated how much my own mom went through to get us to practices and games. I now have a new appreciation for her hard work as a mom. Max played flag football and loved every minute of it. His team did fantastic. I loved his coach this year. The coaches daughter was the only girl on the team and she was quite the player. Max really grew alot during this season. It was hard to juggle school and football for him so I think every other season is what he needs.
Ryanne loves cheerleading. She has a great team and the coach is really sweet. She cheers for the Cougars. It's so fun to see her in her element of being able to be loud, dancing around and just plain having fun. At the end of the season all the football players gave each of the girls flowers. She couldn't have been happier. They stayed on the table until almost all of the leaves had fallen off.
Juggling the practices and games with one car was interesting but worth every minute to see the happiness it brought to them. Michael wants to play so bad. EVERY day after school he comes home and puts on his shoulder pads, football pants, cleats and jersey and walks around the house. And lets not forget the mouth piece. He got his very own from his dad.
